I’m desiring to do the same thing … I want to knit a scrappy cardigan to wear around the house on cooler days (as it is very warm here most of the time … even now we have REALLY warm days!). I figure there’s really no rush on it, but I think I’ll try your idea of combining one strand of yarn with one strand of all the scrappy stuff! Thanks! (I’m on dial-up, too! It’s all they have here….)
